SMS Shares Sustainability Commitment and Earns Recognition at SCGP Business Partner Day 2025

During the event, SMS showcases its ongoing Carbon Footprint Project in alignment of SDGs, which targets a 30% reduction in carbon emissions from Business-As-Usual (BAU) levels by 2030, with a long-term goal of achieving net zero emissions by 2065. 

The initiative reflects SMS’s long-term commitment to environmental responsibility and is backed by practical, measurable actions including the adoption of solar power, the replacement of fossil fuels with biomass, machinery improvement and the electrification of both equipment and transportation.

Moreover, SMS is honored with the Recognition of Sustainability Collaboration 2025 award—joining a group of outstanding companies acknowledged for their impactful contributions to sustainable development.
