Information About Personal Data
PDPA stands for Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). It is a law that grants rights to owners of personal data, creates standards for keeping personal data safe, and uses it for the purposes according to the consent that the owner of the personal data has given. The PDPA Thailand law (Personal Data Protection Act) was announced in the Government Gazette on May 27, 2019 and has now been postponed to take effect on June 1, 2022.
