The forum elevates research and innovation in plant-based protein for the food industry, featuring industry experts sharing insights on emerging trends, advanced production technologies, and the role of flavor agents in product development.

SMS introduces plant-based protein drink featuring pPROTIMATE® P85, a 100% natural pea protein isolate, designed to support an active and healthy lifestyle. The drink receives positive feedback for its taste and generates strong interest in plant-based nutrition among attendees.

Also, Dr. Siwarutt Boonyarattanakalin, Assistant Innovation Director at SMS, delivers a presentation on "Breaking the Limits of Plant-Based Protein: Food Innovation for Health and Sustainability." The session introduces health-conscious and sustainable plant protein solutions for developing next-generation plant-based products.
