There were more than 40 students joining the lecture and waxy tapioca starch workshop. The objective was elaborately aimed to instruct the versatility of modified tapioca starch to various food applications including noodle, frozen food, meat, plant protein, bakery, dairy, liquid food, and resistant starch.
